    Safe Area

    To prevent content from being cut off during the printing process, keep all key text, logos and more inside this zone.

    File Format

    When designing your poster, you may upload files in the form of a JPG, PNG or PDF. It's recommended to set your document's resolution to a minimum of 300 DPI and color mode of CMYK.

  • Size is selected before starting the design process. Once you upload a design or choose a template to customize, the size of your poster can’t be changed. If you need a different size, you’ll need to create a new poster.

  • Yes, we offer same-day pickup on select posters. Paper posters are available for same-day pickup, excluding 36" x 48" and poster board. Adhesive and foam board posters are available for delivery. Looking for a same-day alternative to foam board? Try a mount and laminate finish on your paper poster for a similar look and feel.

  • Need to design your poster from the ground up? Choose the Create Your Own option to start from scratch in our poster builder. Customize with text, upload images, add a QR code and more.

  • If you’ve already created content for your poster, choose the Upload Your Own option to upload your finished design as PDF, JPG or PNG. Please refer to the design guidelines to ensure your design is ready for print before you upload it.

  • We don’t offer double-sided poster printing at this time. You may only print on the front side of your poster.

  • While our posters work best indoors, opt for gloss adhesive if you need to use your posters outside. Gloss adhesive posters feature a protective high-shine finish that fights against water and wind damage. Though adding lamination to paper posters or foam board can help them withstand light water and wear, we don’t recommend using them outside.

  • Select from 12" x 18", 18" x 24", 24" x 36" or 36" x 48". To make a custom size request, visit your nearest store. Each paper poster offers a similar thickness, but if you are looking for a rigid and more robust option, try our thickest material, foam board.

  • Flexible posters, such as paper and adhesive posters, are carefully rolled and shipped in a tube. To restore its intended shape, we recommend unrolling and flattening your flexible poster upon receiving it. Rigid posters, such as foam board and mounted posters, are shipped in a flat box.

  • Lightweight poster board is our thickest paper poster that features a semi-rigid look and feel. Offering a satin finish, lightweight poster board is not to be confused with foam board, our thickest poster material. Lightweight poster board is great for hanging and framing and can also be laminated for extra protection. If you’re looking for a sturdy and rigid poster, opt for foam board instead.

  • Reinforce your paper posters with a sturdy back and gloss finish. Paper posters are adhered to a foam board back for added durability, while lamination provides a surface coating that fights light water and wear.
